Sometimes, things just click. Sometimes, relationships come easy and you feel like you have known someone for years. Sometimes, things just feel meant to be. When Tracy walked into Modern Law there was an immediate connection. Her values and the way she practices is perfectly in line with Modern Law. She is compassionate, empathetic, creative and above all else EFFECTIVE. Tracy Krall settles cases with what seems like lightening speed. She is an experienced litigator who provides organized, articulate representation in the courtroom. As the managing attorney, Tracy oversees all of the attorneys and cases at Modern Law. She meets with as many new clients as she possibly can to ensure they are assigned to the right legal team at Modern Law.

20 years plus

Tracy has been practicing family law in Maricopa county for more than 20 years. That means she knows the system, the judges and the players at every level. Her network and knowledge means she brings experience and reputation to your case- one of the reasons she is able to settle cases that other lawyers cannot.

Her second love, and career, is with her dog sitting business Legal Beagle, where Tracy runs a successful and growing elite dog sitting business. After volunteering with the Arizona Humane Society for more than nine years and finding her passion in the mission of the humane society, improving the lives of animals, alleviating their suffering, and elevating their status in society. She has found peace and joy in investing in the community and connecting with these vulnerable animals. Between her profession, passion and volunteer work, she has now found the perfect balance for whole health and growth.

Additional accomplishments and interests include monthly volunteering at the Family Lawyers Assistance Project where legal advice is made available to litigants who cannot afford legal representation since 2002. She was awarded the Volunteer Lawyers Program Volunteer of the Month in February 2005, and named the Family Lawyers Assistance Project Lifesaver of the Year for 2010-2011. Additionally, Tracy has been a Conference Team Member for the Arizona Commission on Judicial Performance Review since 2004.

Here are some of the ways Tracy has helped her clients:

“I have worked with Tracy about 10 years ago, and really liked her then. She was just as great this time, and Modern Law is even better than the previous firm. Tracy and everyone at Modern Law are great to work with, always on top of things, and really organized”
“Tracy remained cool and calm under some tough circumstances. The opposing attorney would constantly try to use intimidation but Tracy would have none of it and held her own. Tracy was one person who was able to settle me down and talk through the issues so everything made sense. In the end, the settlement was exactly where I figured it to be and child support was a little less than expected. I would definitely recommend Tracy.”
