Attorney

Rachael Collier is a family law attorney with a passion for connecting with clients on a personal level while tackling complex legal issues. She first discovered her passion for family law during her 3L year in law school, where she represented indigent clients under SJC Rule 3:03. Her dedication to helping those in need continued as she worked as a family law clerk in Colorado before ultimately transferring to Arizona in December 2022.

What Rachael loves most about working in family law is the opportunity to connect with her clients on a deeper level, while still being challenged by the intricate legal issues that arise in each case. She believes that empathy and strategic thinking are key to achieving the best possible outcome for her clients.

When Rachael is not working, she enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and pets. She has a soft spot for her dogs and cats, Louie, Kenda, Prada, and Penelope. Rachael also loves to watch NHL games, specifically the Minnesota Wild, and is an avid hiker. She is excited to explore all that Arizona has to offer and is known to be quite competitive in a game of pickleball.

Growing Up In Minnesota

Rachael grew up in Esko, a small town in Minnesota, where she developed a strong work ethic and a deep sense of community. She earned her undergraduate degree in Business Management from Colorado State University – Pueblo, where she graduated with a perfect 4.0 GPA and received the Outstanding Management Award in 2018. Rachael went on to receive her Juris Doctor from New England Law | Boston, where she graduated Cum Laude.

Achievements

One of Rachael’s proudest achievements was passing the Uniform Bar Exam, which allowed her to practice law in multiple states. However, the life-changing event that had the most significant impact on her personal growth was receiving the Sandra Day O’Connor Scholarship, which provided her with the opportunity to attend law school. Rachael credits perseverance as the key to her success and believes that hard work and dedication can overcome any obstacle.
