Rachel Rodgers

Client Advocate

Rachel Rodgers is one of Modern Law’s client advocates. She holds an Associates Degree from Kaplan University, earned in 2015, and her previous role as a receptionist and legal assistant for a QDRO attorney has equipped her with valuable skills in scheduling, payments, and client intake. Rachel has also gained experience working on notable medical malpractice cases, which have added depth to her legal background.

Outside of her professional life, Rachel is passionate about writing, reading, hiking, and spending time with friends and family over great conversation and food. Her love for creative writing and architecture has been a lifelong interest, with The Fountainhead being one of her favorite books.

Rachel’s compassionate and empathetic nature makes her a perfect fit for family law. She approaches client interactions by listening without judgment and offering support during emotionally challenging situations. Rachel values working with easygoing clients who appreciate humor and are proactive in the legal process. Though still discovering her preferred types of family law cases, she looks forward to deepening her knowledge and skills through her role at Modern Law.

Outside the office, Rachel is a cat lover, enjoying the company of her two grey cats, Smudge and Sassy. A fan of legal dramas, she admires Glenn Close’s character in Damages for her no-nonsense approach and would relish the chance to argue a case in the courtroom scene from Legally Blonde. Rachel also enjoys a good laugh, especially when recalling the viral Zoom mishap where a lawyer accidentally appeared in court as a talking cat!
