Journey to Family Law
Sharon Williams brings decades of experience in legal administration and a fresh perspective to the world of family law. With a strong background in personal injury law, she was drawn to Modern Law by a desire to be part of something more personal—an area of law that directly impacts families and individuals during some of life’s most difficult transitions.
Having gone through divorce herself, Sharon understands what it’s like to navigate both the emotional and logistical complexities of separation. She’s excited to support a team that dedicates itself to helping people rebuild and move forward. Her decision to join Modern Law is fueled by a genuine passion for supporting those who support others, and she is enthusiastic about expanding her knowledge in a new legal practice area.
Education & Professional Involvement
Sharon is an active and respected member of the legal administration community, both locally and nationally. She currently serves as a Director-At-Large for the Arizona Association of Legal Administrators (AzALA) and is also an incoming member of the Chapter Communications Committee for the international Association of Legal Administrators (ALA). While her current associations are not specific to family law, they reflect her ongoing commitment to excellence, leadership, and community in the legal profession.

Known for her steady leadership and approachable nature, she brings warmth and structure to everything she does. Whether she’s solving a complex logistical issue, supporting team members, or ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly, Sharon’s focus is always on people.
Colleagues describe her as reliable, detail-oriented, and grounded in real-world experience. She’s the person who keeps things running behind the scenes—often without needing the spotlight—and her leadership plays a vital role in the firm’s continued growth and success.
Life Beyond the Law
Outside of work, Sharon’s life is centered around family, fun, and beachside relaxation. After two previous marriages, she’s found her forever partner, and together they share a beautiful blended family of six children and eleven grandchildren—with their first great-grandchild on the way.
She and her husband are passionate travelers and make it a point to unwind at the beach as often as possible. They visit Rocky Point twice a year and go on at least one annual cruise to a beach destination, savoring the chance to recharge and enjoy life’s simple pleasures together.
For Sharon, family is everything—and that same care and intentionality is reflected in the way she supports the Modern Law team every day.
