Rachael Collier brings a rare blend of compassion, intellect, and grit to every case she takes on. A full-ride recipient of the prestigious Sandra Day O’Connor Merit Scholarship, Rachael graduated from New England Law | Boston after earning her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Colorado State University–Pueblo, where she graduated with a perfect 4.0 GPA and was named Outstanding Management Student of 2018.
Rachael’s passion for family law began during her third year of law school, where she represented indigent clients under SJC Rule 3:03. She quickly realized that family law was where she could make a tangible difference, helping people rebuild their lives while mastering the legal complexities that define this field. After clerking in Colorado and later transferring to Arizona in 2022, Rachael joined Modern Law to continue doing what she does best: protecting families through strategy, empathy, and skill.
Rachael grew up in the small town of Esko, Minnesota, where she learned the value of hard work, loyalty, and community, principles that still guide her practice today. When she’s not fighting for her clients, Rachael spends time with her pets, her dog Louie and her cats Prada and Penelope, cheering on the Minnesota Wild, hiking, and dominating the pickleball court.
