What it's like to work with Eilen
Before entering family law, Eilen built a strong litigation foundation through prosecution-focused clerkships and internships. From July 2023 through May 2024, she served as a Law Clerk in the Mortgage and Financial Fraud Unit at the Utah Attorney General’s Office, where she drafted evidentiary, dispositive, and discovery motions, managed large-scale discovery, prepared litigation strategy memoranda, and assisted with witness interviews and trial preparation in complex financial crime cases.
Earlier, from February 2021 through July 2023, Eilen worked with the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office in the Specialized Prosecution Division I, progressing from Legal Support Assistant to Legal Intern under Rule 39. In that role, she first-chaired hearings, tried two dangerous-designation aggravated assault cases to verdict, examined witnesses, argued motions, prepared trial materials, and assisted with homicide and other serious felony matters. She also has experience in litigation-heavy civil work, including construction defect and general liability cases, managing matters through discovery, dispositive motions, mediation, and trial preparation.
Eilen chose family law because it places people at the center of the work.
