Donielle Wright
Attorney
Fierce • Grounded • Unshakable
Donielle Wright brings a rare depth of courtroom experience to Modern Law, forged over years as both a criminal prosecutor and defense attorney. She has stood on both sides of the aisle in some of the most emotionally demanding cases the legal system sees, including domestic violence and child abuse matters, where the stakes are highest and the details matter most. That background shaped her into an advocate who is meticulous, composed under pressure, and impossible to rattle.
Her path to family law was intentional. Donielle understands that divorce is never just one moment. It is a series of moments that dismantles the foundation an entire family was standing on. She chose this work because there is nothing more rewarding to her than helping someone who starts out disoriented and overwhelmed find their way back to clarity, and rediscover their power over the direction of their own life.
Beyond family law, Donielle’s experience spans juvenile dependency and delinquency, real estate transactions, and landlord-tenant disputes, giving her a wide-angle view of the legal issues that often collide with family cases. Clients get an attorney who has seen it all, prepared for all of it, and knows how to protect what matters most.
