Sara Mae Packard

Client Advocate

Sara Mae Packard brings a rare combination of heart, creativity, and advocacy to Modern Law. Originally from Chicago and now based in Arizona, she holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education with an ESL certification, a minor in Spanish, and a Reading Specialist Endorsement. Her career began in education, where her love for children, learning, and emotional intelligence took root. Over the past three years, she has written and published five children’s books centered on self-awareness, growth, and emotional wellbeing, fulfilling a lifelong dream. A proud boy mom, longtime hot yoga practitioner and former instructor, and passionate believer in the mind-body-spirit connection, Sara leads with empathy and service. At her core, she is a storyteller, a nurturer, and someone who sees people’s hearts and meets them where they are.

Sara chose family law because she is a natural-born advocate who believes deeply in standing up for those who cannot stand up for themselves. Having experienced both divorce and life as a child of divorce, she understands how overwhelming and frightening this process can be, especially when children are involved. Her mission is to give clients a sense of safety, compassion, and steady support during one of the hardest seasons of their lives. She wants clients to feel relief when they speak with her, to know they are not alone, and to trust that she will be their voice and their strength when they need it most. Guided by truth, kindness, and relentless determination, Sara is committed to fighting for fairness while helping families move forward with dignity and hope.
