Paige Bryson
Attorney
Fearless • Confident • Driven
Paige Bryson isn’t afraid of challenges, she thrives on them. Before becoming an attorney, she swam with sharks and fed jellyfish while working at SeaLife Aquarium in Tempe, proving early on that she could stay cool under pressure. She later built and ran her own small business, sharpening her client-relations and leadership skills, experience that now fuels her success in the courtroom.
A recent graduate of Mitchell Hamline School of Law and newly licensed attorney in Arizona, Paige chose family law because she wanted to stand with people during their most pivotal, life-changing moments. She’s already proven herself as a fighter: Paige successfully litigated a contempt action and secured attorney fees, showing the confidence, preparation, and tenacity of an attorney well beyond her years.
Paige has been part of Modern Law’s legal clinic for more than a year, where she mentored newer law students and worked with countless clients. She has led document-drafting workshops, hosted office hours in the Modern Divorce Navigator, and sat second chair to the clinic director on dozens of cases. These experiences gave her a hands-on education in advocacy, strategy, and courtroom presence that few new attorneys can match.
Originally from Utah, Paige earned her Bachelor of Science from Brigham Young University in 2013 before making Arizona her home. Competitive and energetic, she loves pickleball, tennis, and the joy of living in citrus country. With a twin brother and two younger twin brothers, Paige knows firsthand the dynamics of big families, and she uses that insight to connect with clients on a deeply personal level.

Getting to Know Paige
If you weren't in the legal profession, what would your alternative career be?
Small business ownership. I’d like to develop some other business, I’ve looked into alternative education industry options, that I could grow and contribute solutions to an ongoing problem
Which fictional lawyer or legal character do you resonate with the most? Why?
Alicia Florrick from The Good Wife because I’m starting this career later in life!
If you could create a new law, what would it be and why?
I definitely believe in following the law and supporting it as a system that governs our society, but I’m generally not in favor of adding laws. I think that the better solution is for people to behave themselves to the point that the law becomes irrelevant. That’s idealistic, so in the meantime, instead of adding laws I’d like to remove some of the complex taxing laws and have more of a flat tax.
If you could have a legal-themed superpower, what would it be and why?
I’d like to read jurors minds so that I could know how I was being perceived as an oralist and address the issues they were considering.
