If you weren't in the legal profession, what would your alternative career be?

If I was not a lawyer, I believe I would be working for a beauty company in the marketing department. I love beauty and fashion, and my bachelor's degree is business with an emphasis in marketing.

Which fictional lawyer or legal character do you resonate with the most? Why?

Elle Woods - I am a girly girl who loves all things pink and I think that can sometimes make people underestimate me. I aspire to be like Elle Woods who uses that to her advantage. Additionally, I hope to navigate my legal career with confidence, charisma, and spunk.

If you could have a legal-themed superpower, what would it be and why?

Mike Ross's photographic memory. I would love to remember everything I ever read because then I would read as much as I could to always be prepared in any legal scenario.

If you could create a new law, what would it be and why?

I think it is vital information for partners to know the difference between separate and community property before entering into a marriage. The reason for this is that these topics are not common knowledge, but it impacts everyone. Having this knowledge may also change how parties enter into a marriage and divide finances. Therefore, I would create a law that requires a couple to watch a 30-minute video discussing the difference when applying for their marriage license. This video would need to be watched before their marriage license is approved.
