Stacey Rogan is a seasoned attorney with over 25 years of litigation experience. Growing up in Deer Valley, she attended Arizona State University and later Michigan State University College of Law. She currently resides in the scenic Rio Verde Foothills of North Scottsdale, where she and her family breed racehorses. Stacey is a proud mother of two teenagers who are active in sports, and she enjoys cheering them on at their football, basketball, and lacrosse games.

Outside of her professional life, Stacey has a passion for traveling, motorcycle rides, off-roading adventures, and live music. Her diverse legal background includes working as a litigation attorney at the largest personal injury firm in the Maryland, DC, and Virginia tri-state area, as well as serving as Assistant Chief Counsel to the Industrial Commission of Arizona. Stacey’s personal experience with divorce fuels her dedication to Family Law, where she combines her deep empathy and extensive litigation skills to support clients through challenging times.

If you weren't in the legal profession, what would your alternative career be?

I have never wanted to be anything other than a lawyer since was I a little kid - long before I even knew what they did. But, if I had to pick something it would lottery winner. Or maybe the person who goes to great travel destinations to check them out before book large retreats or conventions.

Which fictional lawyer or legal character do you resonate with the most? Why?

I don't think I have one!

Mind control to ensure the Judge is understanding the most important aspects of the case.

If you could create a new law, what would it be and why?

Legislatures do not get paid until the budget is balanced.
