Jenni Pierson
Family Law Legal Paraprofessional
Bold • Compassionate • Unflinching
Jenni Pierson brings a rare blend of empathy, strength, and lived experience to her role as a Family Law Legal Paraprofessional. Licensed in 2023, Jenni’s path into family law wasn’t traditional, but it was deeply personal. After helping a childhood friend in their law office, Jenni discovered that this work allowed her to combine her natural compassion with her sharp organizational and problem-solving skills.
Growing up as the child of divorced parents who handled their separation with respect and love, and later navigating her own divorce, gave Jenni an intimate understanding of the emotional complexities her clients face. Those experiences shaped not only her empathy but also her resolve: to help families move through transition with clarity, dignity, and hope.
Before becoming a paraprofessional, Jenni earned her Paralegal Certificate from Phoenix College in 2002, became a Certified Legal Document Preparer in 2017, and worked for years supporting attorneys and clients with exceptional professionalism. She’s been married to her husband, Chris, for 18 years, and together for 24. They love hiking, cooking, reading, and traveling the world in search of new adventures (and even better food).
When she’s not helping clients, Jenni serves as co-event director for the Cupid’s Undie Run, a national fundraiser for the Children’s Tumor Foundation dedicated to finding a cure for neurofibromatosis. She’s also an avid traveler with an ambitious goal: to visit all 50 states, only 11 to go!
