Modern Law Takes Client Experience to the Next Level: Insights from Our Recent Workshop

At Modern Law, we are constantly striving to provide our clients with exceptional service and support. That’s why we recently hosted a client experience workshop, where our team came together to brainstorm new ideas and strategies.
During the workshop, we discussed the importance of proactive communication and the creation of a client app. We also talked about managing unmet expectations, especially for clients who are facing divorce and may be working with a lawyer for the first time.
Coming out of the workshop, we have several projects underway to improve our clients’ experience. One of these is the creation of email campaigns that are triggered by key case points, such as the filing of a motion or a court date. These campaigns will provide our clients with timely updates and information, keeping them informed at every step of their case.
We are also excited to be developing our new client app using Airtable. This app will provide our clients with easy access to important information and updates about their case, as well as tools and resources to help them manage their case more effectively.
At Modern Law, we are committed to innovation and improvement, and the client experience workshop was just one example of our dedication to providing exceptional service. We are excited about the future of client experience at Modern Law and look forward to continuing to find new ways to exceed our clients’ expectations.
