Family Law Legal Paraprofessional

Jenni Pierson is a highly experienced and dedicated Family Law Legal Paraprofessional specializing in family law. With nearly 22 years of practice in this field, Jenni has established herself as a trusted professional known for her compassionate approach and commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of her clients.

Jenni’s journey into family law began somewhat unexpectedly. Encouraged by one of her oldest friends, a local family law attorney, she joined the practice as a legal assistant, despite having no prior legal experience. Intrigued by the intricacies of family law, she embarked on a path of self-improvement, enrolling in legal studies classes and pursuing her degree. Since then, she has never looked back, finding immense fulfillment in the unique challenges and opportunities that family law offers.

One of Jenni’s favorite aspects of working in family law is the diversity of cases she encounters. No two cases are ever the same, and this constant variation keeps her engaged and motivated. She embraces the chance to help individuals navigate through difficult times, recognizing the profound impact she can have on their lives during these challenging moments.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Jenni leads a fulfilling life outside of work. She has a wide range of hobbies and interests, including reading, cooking, and engaging in outdoor activities like hiking and running. Jenni and her husband are avid travelers, constantly seeking new adventures, cultural experiences, and culinary delights. They cherish the opportunity to explore different parts of the world and learn about diverse cultures. At home, they are devoted pet parents to a beloved and pampered boxer-ridgeback mix named Abbey.

Born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona, Jenni has a deep connection to her hometown. While she loves traveling, she has never been tempted to relocate elsewhere, as she has an unwavering preference for sunny weather. Growing up in the west valley, she has embraced the east side as her adult home.

Jenni’s professional superpower lies in her ability to offer comfort and perspective to her clients. Drawing from her personal experience as a child of divorced parents, she understands the turmoil and conflict that can arise in family dynamics. Her empathetic nature and insightful guidance help clients realize that their current situation is temporary and that brighter days lie ahead. Jenni’s support is invaluable in helping her clients navigate the emotional and legal complexities of family law.

In 2005, Jenni experienced a life-changing event that spurred significant personal growth. Her mother suffered a heart attack at the age of 55, prompting Jenni to prioritize her own health and well-being. Determined to take control of her physical fitness, she established a regular exercise routine. Starting with exercise classes and gradually transitioning to running, she accomplished three half-marathons and participated in five Ragnar relay races. Ultimately, she discovered that her true passion lies in 5k races. Jenni also maintains a balanced diet, although she admits that her weakness for pizza remains.

Jenni’s educational background and achievements reflect her commitment to excellence in her field. She holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Legal Assisting, which she earned from Phoenix College in 2004. In 2017, Jenni became a Certified Legal Document Preparer through the Arizona Supreme Court, further enhancing her professional qualifications. Currently, she obtained her Family Law Legal Paraprofessional licensure from the Arizona Supreme Court in 2023, solidifying her expertise and dedication to serving her clients.

With her extensive experience, compassionate approach, and dedication to her clients’ well-being, Jenni Pierson is a valuable asset to the legal team. Her expertise in family law and her ability to provide support during challenging times make her an invaluable resource
