Stacey brings more than 25 years of litigation experience to the table. Before joining Modern Law, she worked at the largest personal injury firm in the Maryland, D.C., and Virginia region, where she gained valuable courtroom and negotiation experience. She also served as Assistant Chief Counsel to the Industrial Commission of Arizona, where she deepened her understanding of regulatory and procedural systems.
This background allows her to handle high-stakes family law cases with precision. From complex custody battles to enforcement actions and appeals, Stacey brings strategy and confidence to every case. Her clients trust her to provide straightforward advice and to move cases forward with urgency and care.
But beyond the resume, Stacey brings something just as important—personal experience. Having gone through her own divorce, she understands what clients are dealing with, not just legally but emotionally. That insight shapes how she shows up: with empathy, clarity, and a results-focused mindset.

Inside the firm, Stacey serves as Managing Attorney and has become a key figure in mentoring new attorneys, developing training processes, and refining how we operate as a team. Stacey’s leadership doesn’t stop at the office. She’s a proud mother who actively participates in her children’s school and sports activities. She lives on a horse ranch in Rio Verde Foothills and enjoys a full, adventurous life that includes off-roading, motorcycle rides, concerts, and caring for animals.
That balance between high-performance legal work and a fulfilling personal life—is part of what makes her such a respected figure in the firm. She brings the same focus and presence to her personal commitments as she does to her legal practice.
