Tori Stoldorf is an ambitious and dedicated intern at Modern Law, eager to make a positive impact in the field of law. During her first year of law school, Tori began to explore various areas of the legal profession, and she found herself particularly drawn to contested estates. Having gained prior experience in this area, Tori discovered a deep passion for helping families reach agreements and found fulfillment in facilitating resolutions. With a keen interest in family law, Tori is excited to broaden her expertise and continue supporting families in finding solutions.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Tori values spending quality time with loved ones. Whether it’s enjoying the company of friends and family or indulging in the joys of being a pet owner, Tori cherishes her moments with her loyal companion, Sully. Taking walks and visiting dog parks together are among their favorite activities. Additionally, Tori is an avid college basketball enthusiast, relishing the thrill of the game. Exploring new culinary experiences and discovering hidden gems in the valley are also hobbies that Tori thoroughly enjoys.

Looking ahead, Tori has exciting plans to further her legal education. In the upcoming fall, she will participate in the Indian Legal Clinic at Arizona State, offering estate planning services to Tribes. She will also represent Arizona State University as a member of the Jessup International Moot Court team, where she aims to enhance her oral advocacy skills.

Tori’s upbringing on a farm in rural Nebraska instilled in her a strong work ethic that has guided her throughout her life. She pursued her higher education at the University of Kansas, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and minors in business and leadership studies. During her time at the university, Tori was an esteemed member of the mock trial team, further honing her legal skills.

Notably, Tori takes pride in her achievements as the state persuasive speaking champion during her high school years, and she was also honored with the top actress award at the state one-act competition. Possessing a unique professional superpower, Tori possesses the ability to view situations from an unbiased perspective. Recognizing the importance of understanding both sides of a story, she utilizes this skill to evaluate facts objectively.

Tori’s life took an impactful turn when she was diagnosed with type one diabetes at the age of eleven. This event necessitated her to adopt a diligent approach to her health and assume a high level of responsibility in managing her condition. Throughout this journey, Tori received unwavering support from her family, which has played a crucial role in her success.

Driven by her passion for law and her dedication to making a difference in people’s lives, Tori Stoldorf is a promising intern who continues to strive for excellence in her professional pursuits. With her unwavering commitment and diverse experiences, Tori is poised to become a valuable asset in the legal field, offering empathetic and effective solutions to those she serves.
