2010 Year in Review and What’s new for 2011
2010 will forever be a pivotal year in my life. During the past year, our brand new firm has experimented with a model of service no other firm to my knowledge has attempted. My partner and I have tackled a societal problem with a business idea, and have offered low cost limited scope services. In this blog, we will discuss the successes, the obstacles and the changes you can expect for 2011.
Since opening our firm has served 850 clients! That is truly astounding and something that we are very proud of. We have been featured in the Arizona Republic- twice! In the Phoenix Business Journal, in the AZ Business Gazette, in the East Valley Republic, Raising Arizona Kids Magazine, Channel 12 news and on AZ Central! (If you are looking for a good PR firm, just ask) We have had the privilege of making over 300 quality contacts with local Phoenix Businesses and partnering with agencies such as the Coalition Against Domestic Violence, the Modest Means Program, and Community Legal Services. We have offered free informational seminars open to the public.
More important than all this, we have listened to our clients and advisors to improve the products and services we are offering. Some of our clients want more from our attorneys. They want full service. By taking a close look at our model and making some significant tweaks we have found that a hybrid system may be in order. By offering both full and limited scope options, we will be better able to serve our clientele and better able to customize our approach to each client. This also requires more support staff and business systems upgrades. Each attorney will now be supported by a staff member to offer clients greater access and more contacts with their attorney.
While we consider 2010 monumental and successful, we are so very excited for what 2011 holds. We are excited to be offering affordable services and a more comprehensive system to meet the demand of this huge volume of clients with a variety of needs and desires. Join us in these upcoming weeks at The Divorce Resource Conference and Networking Phoenix. Stop by and most importantly…keep giving us your feedback, we are listening!
